MSI visit the site where the system will be installed prior to the installation and are willing to provide complete classroom layouts drawn up on our specialized software for this purpose. MSI also check the site and computers and server for the best possible outcome and to ensure that the setup of the SANAKO or Promethean solution proceeds efficiently and on time. Our certified technical staff will evaluate your specific environmental conditions and provide the most suitable solutions. MSI verify all contents of the packing list, Multimedia Solutions, Inc. makes sure that all components are included in the delivery of the system and provide you with the necessary documentation.

SANAKO and Promethean solutions are installed by trained and certified MSI technicians, guaranteeing a successful and efficient process. Multimedia Solutions, Inc. has three office locations all staffed with certified SANAKO and Promethean trained technicians in Florida, Georgia and Texas this ensures that all installation services and after sales support are delivered by friendly and polite knowledgeable MSI personnel, and complying with the institutions installation and training schedule.
System testing and sign off.
Multimedia Solutions, Inc. does a comprehensive functionality tests in accordance with our manufacturers certifications. Before we hand over the lab and a comprehensive test sheet is followed to test every function completely in the language lab or whiteboard. Promethean requires that we actually take photos of all installations that are then reviewed at the Promethean training and technical center in Atlanta. Once Promethean has reviewed and is satisfied with the installation, Promethean certifies the installation and extends the warranty to five years on the Promethean ActivBoards installed.
