The MSI Hotline and Helpdesk service is complimentary to all MSI customers with a SANAKO software Maintenance agreement or MSI service contract.

- MSI utilizes multiple troubleshooting techniques to diagnose any problems or product questions
- MSI can address and resolve the problem during the call whenever possible with remote support and or next day onsite support
