Multimedia Solutions, Inc. provides installation, support and training for all of our educational solutions. MSI’s SANAKO and Promethean certified technicians will install hardware, software and all included ancillary products. With each new language lab system or whiteboard, MSI provides teacher training on how to use the system thoroughly as well as all IT personnel training and support.
MSI training service includes a product overview and thorough training in the language lab or whiteboard classroom covering all product functionalities. After the installation customers have the option of splitting the onsite training into a number of sessions, to receive comprehensive individualized user training. This ensures that instructors understand the functions completely and are confident to utilize their teaching technology. MSI also provides further training sessions, educators may choose to learn advanced features or schedule a refresher course to address certain functions of the language lab or Promethean whiteboards. MSI does not limit the training sessions and will train your instructors until they are comfortable and confident using the SANAKO language labs or whiteboards.
